Hake, Coconut Oil, Fish Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilli, Cumin, Coriander, Chickpea Flour, Yellow Pepper, Green Beans, Spring Onion, Mixed Lettuce, Lemon Wedge, Free Range Eggs, Avocado oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, White Wine Vinegar, and Cayenne Pepper.

These gluten-free and flavour-jammed Thai inspired Fish Cakes are made using only the finest natural ingredients and the freshest white fish (usually hake, or other sustainably sourced white fish when hake is not available).

Included is our Spicy Homemade Mayo – made from a super secret recipe – to really get the taste buds going!

This Jar also features one of our favourite veggies, the mighty green bean! Packed with loads of fibre, these little guys are also a great source of vitamins A, C, K, B6 and folic acid, as well as calcium, iron, manganese and potassium.
